What has the recent weather been like? is it the same as over here with high winds and lots of rain, day time temps around 7 or 8 and overnight temps about 2 or 3?

Its been a bit warmer than the uk. Last few days it has been about 14 degrees. Night time is the same as the uk. Had loads of rain last month(really dont want anymore) but next week seems promising with not one rain cloud on the weather forecast. Slight south west wind most days.

I read somewhere on here that there are about 140 carp which you stocked into the lake, was there an original stock of fish or is that number the total amount of carp in there.

Thats what we put in. We where told by the previos owner that there were carp in there but we have no proof on paper. Hopefully this year, some (if there are any) of the originals will come out.

We are going to see how/what this year produces. Until it has had more anglers on there is no knowing what is in there. If we fill there are not enough carp then we shall add to it. Most likely next winter.

We do a breakfast menu that ranges from a "small fry nibbler"(1.5euros) to a "cat fish buster"(6 euros) You can either have it at your swim or eat in the lodge with a nice cup of tea/coffee. All food is cooked on site so it will be pipping hot for you. You have to cater for yourself in the evenig but to make your life easy we to supply bbqs for you to use. ;D
